Our initial intention was to organize the publication of Mensagem, associated with Anangola (Angola Natives Association), starting with the main reason, the chronological one. As you will see, these are two issues that are actually four, since Bulletin No. 2 combines issues 2, 3, and 4, published between July 1951 and October 1952. This led us to decide to proceed with the publication of Cultura, the Bulletin of the Cultural Society of Angola, having had access to the version that allowed us to convert it to digital format at the Lisbon Geographical Society, in Portugal.
We must say that it was very difficult to delimit, from a temporal point of view, the different steps that led to the publication of this Bulletin, given the absence of a specific time, a concrete moment that gave rise to either the famous and historic phrase "Let's Discover Angola" or the Movement of New Intellectuals of Angola.
