Beyond a repository of ongoing and forthcoming books (original works and translations), this Book of Hours is also, more than many others, a record of memories, at many points the sum of a whole life since the hour of birth, with emphasis on childhood years and the recent past of the Herbais phase, the last of the Belgian exile.
