This evolutionary process resulted in the formation of several alternative models – although not necessarily antithetical – for guaranteeing the constitution, some not yet reducible to the idea of constitutional justice, such as the so-called French model, materialized in concrete systems. The most recent trend towards the hybridization of systems and the loss of heuristic capacity of pure models will be discussed.\u003cbr\u003eSome sections are dedicated to the organic dimension of constitutional justice, as well as to the most universally widespread control processes.
